Special Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum rental period. The minimum rental period is considered 1 day

2. Minimum driver age required. All drivers of rented vehicles must hold an E.U. or International valid Drivers license for at least 1 year prior to rental. Drivers for car groups A1,B1,C must be at least 21 years old, whereas for car groups D,E,F,G,G1,K,R,T,S,X,L drivers must be at least 25 years old.

3. Security Deposits (SD) - A Security Deposit is required for all rentals. The amount of the security deposit varies based on method of payment and chosen optional coverage. For Cash Rentals the SD amount is equal to all coverage that is not included in the rental cost. For credit card rentals the SD amount is equal to the rental cost plus the total of the deductible amount applied to the rental.

4. Maintenance. The renter performs the scheduled maintenance. The renter due to normal wear and tear periodically replaces the tires of the vehicles. All other damages due to misuse of the vehicle is charged to the rentee (i.e Damaged tire sidewalks etc.)

5. Rates include:

• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) - Covers the vehicle irrelevantly of liability, with a deductible amount of 400,00 Euro for car groups A1,B1,C, 600,00 Euro for car groups D,E,F,G,G1,R 1.100,00 Euro for car groups K,S and 1.500,00 Euro for car groups X,L.
  Daily Charge: For this coverage is 11,00, 15,00, 20,00 and 27,00 Euro for the above car groups respectively.
• Theft Waiver (TW) - Covers the rented vehicle against total theft with a deductible amount of 300, 00 Euro for all groups, except L that it is 600,00 Euro.
  Daily Charge: For car groups A1,B1,C 3,00 Euro, for car groups D,E,F,G,G1,R,S 4,00 Euro and for groups X,L,K 5,00 Euro.
• Basic insurance coverage. All vehicles are covered with basic Third Party Liability Insurance which is required by Greek law. Coverage limits: Third Party Bodily Injury 500.000,00 euro, Third Party Property Damage 100.000,00 euro
• Airport Fees
• V.A.T
• Unlimited Kilometers

6. Rates do not include

• Full Damage Waiver (FDW) - Covers the deductible amount that applies to the CDW coverage. (FDW does not provide any coverage concerning damages provoked at the underside part of the vehicle, inside part of the vehicle-saloon, wind shields, mirrors and tires.)
  Daily Charge: For car groups A1,B1,C 5,00 Euro, for car groups D,E,F,G,G1,R 7,00 Euro, for car groups K,S 12,00 Euro and for car groups X,L 18,00 Euro.
• Full Theft Waiver (FTW) - Covers the deductible amount that applies to the TW coverage.
  Daily Charge: 2, 50 Euro.
• Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) - Covers the driver of the vehicle up to the amount of 14.673,51 Euro in case disability or death.
  Daily Charge: 2, 50 Euro
• Elefterios Venizelos Airport Fees

7. Optional Equipment / Additional Charges:

• Child or Baby Seat (CS,BS) - Daily Charge: 3,00 Euro (max 25,00 Euro)
• Snow Chains (SC) - Daily Charge: 3, 00 Euro (max 25,00 Euro)
• Laggage Rack (LR) - Daily Charge: 3, 00 Euro (max 25,00 Euro)
• Delivery or Collection of vehicle from or to locations other than the National stations (COL, DEL) - Charge: 8,00 Euro within city limits and 0,40 Euro per kilometer outside city limits.
• Delivery beyond rental Charge: 14, 67 Euro. station operation operating hours (NDL)
• Additional Driver (ADD) - Daily Charge: 2, 00 Euro.

8. Traffic or other municipal fines. The Driver is fully Liable.

9. Accident administration fee. In case of accidents an administration fee of 25,00 euro will be charged. This charge applies irrelevantly of party at fault.

10. Cross boarder policy. Cross boarder rentals are allowed only within the E.U. A prior written authorization is required. There is also an insurance premium fee that applies depending on the length of the trip and the country.

11. Transport of vehicle via ship or other media. Renter΄s written authorization is required.

12. Car types. All car types mentioned are sample models and are subject to change with similar models at the Renter΄s discretion.

13. Road side assistance. Provided Car Rental Company

14. One way rental: Availability and Charge, are subject to location.
